We hosted three researchers during a week in February 2019 to review the recent changes in our new emergency care pathway and more specifically the GP pathway. They observed various clinics within the Urgent Treatment Unit and interviewed a variety of staff. We also took part in a large staff survey that explored the different opinions of various staff groups and how the changes in our Emergency Care Pathway have affected them.
