This multi-centre observational study aims to estimate the diagnostic accuracy of a portable magnetocardiograph device for acute coronary syndrome (ACS). The study enrolled patients across 4 sites the UK, the device is currently focussing on a rule-out capability. It has been suggested that this may have a positive impact on around 58% of ED attendees with chest pain who may otherwise leave with an unclear non-diagnostic result. We are currently awaiting the results.
