This study was an international RCT to assess whether Tranexamic Acid reduced the number of people who were dependent or had died by 90 days after an intracerebral haemorrhage (haemorrhagic stroke). The results have been published and can be found on this website: http://tich-2.org/.

There was no significant difference found in their main outcome however, an early reduction in deaths and fewer complications were found in those who had received Tranexamic Acid.
